Billing and Cancellation Policies

Any organization whose total monthly billing is less than $1500.00 must establish Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) using either a Credit Card or Checking Account. 

New enrollments will be charged any applicable Initial Setup fees at time of Enrollment.

Recurring Billing charges will be prorated at the completion of training or 14 days after enrollment
whichever comes first.
 

Recurring Billing charges will be entered on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.  There are NO refunds once billing has occurred.   

Cancellations
You may login to your account at any time to process a cancellation; all cancellations must be processed before the 20th in order to be effective before the next billing.  Cancellations processed after the 20th will be effective in the following month.
