Ristken Software utilizes ADP’s Vendor Programming Access.  Vendor Programming Access provides Ristken Software flexible programming-level access to the DMS. ADP’s Vendor Programming Access includes authentication to ensure that only dealer approved vendors gain access to dealerships systems.

Vendor Programming Access is one of the Subscriber Access solutions that ADP offers as part of its comprehensive Third Party Access Program.

• Creates a national vendor login account for the Third Party and provides an ADP RSA token for secure DMS vendor access. The one token works for all ADP Dealer systems that the Third Party has permission to access.
• Third Party is responsible for logging into each Dealer DMS with their own vendor login and token password. The vendor login provides similar functionality to the old User Programming, but is unique for each vendor to allow dealers to better control their systems.
• Provides to the dealer, upon request, information on who and how often their system is accessed in this manner by each Third Party participating in this program.
• Shuts off access to the DMS when requested by a dealer and disables Third Party code if necessary.

• Provides Third Parties with continued system access for extraction of data, etc. Includes unique authentication by vendor that allows dealer to control the vendors that they provide system access to.
• Elimination of dealer having to download data to PCs for communication with third parties.
• Reduction of dealership issues in dealing with Third-Party "hostile" interface.
